New Zealand Domestic Shipping
New Zealand domestic orders, there are no shipping charges applied for orders with
products worth $49 or more. Shipping for other orders is a modest flat rate based on the value of products in the shopping cart.
CourierPost, NZ Couriers and Post Haste are the main couriers used for New Zealand domestic Orders.
Orders completed by 1PM on
a business day (Monday to Friday) will generally be shipped out the same day.

To view your confirmed order total including shipping and GST, you may Proceed to Checkout when ready and log in to your existing store account or enter your billing and shipping details to calculate order totals.
You may use "NA" , "None" or "Not Available" as your State value in order to facilitate the shipping calculation.
A Non-Signature service with tracking is
generally used for order totals under $60 and a Signature Required service for order totals over $60 with an exception for Rural deliveries which by default all ship out using a Non-Signature service. From experience, a Non-delivery to a Rural address due to requiring a signature can result in some hassle for customers who may need to travel fairly long distances to pick-up those parcels from their nearest NZ Post / CourierPost / Rural Delivery Depot pick-up points. However, VGAMESNZ can ship out Signature Required by request so do feel free to leave a message as you checkout should you need a signature required service.
An email is sent once your order has shipped containing your tracking number.
Items generally arrive in 1-2 business days after shipment. Deliveries to remote or rural areas can take an additional 1-3 business days.
Apart from the standard
shipping rate charge per item there are no additional charges for Rural
There are also no additional charges if you require a Signature for delivery.

By using VGAMESNZ you agree to pay any and all applicable duties and charges incurred in your country.
These are not included in VGAMESNZ prices and VGAMESNZ will not under-declare shipments.
Shipping rates are expressed in New Zealand dollars and are exclusive of GST. Shipping rates are displayed at checkout.
Items are insured by NZ Post but please leave at least 21 work days after shipment notification to notify VGAMESNZ if items have not arrived in case of any delays within the postal network and especially during peak periods.
An investigation will be carried out by NZ Post with the assistance of your local postal authority to determine where your parcel may be.
Your assistance may be required and sought by NZ Post or your local post office.
VGAMESNZ reserves the right to cancel any suspicious orders. In the event of any suspicion, VGAMESNZ will attempt to verify your order. Failing verification your order may be cancelled and your payment refunded.
